Chipotle Chili

Chipotle Chili
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 can (14.5oz) Western Family Petite Diced Tomatoes with Chipotle Chiles
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Western Family Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Western Family Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • Chili powder to taste
  1. In a large pot, cook ground beef until browned, drain fat.
  2. Add tomatoes and beans and season to taste with chili powder.
  3. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with your favorite chili toppings – sour cream, corn chips, grated cheese.
