Pasta Side Dish
  • 4 t. Western Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 7 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 lb. Western Family Rotini Pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1-1/4 c. Western Family Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 c. roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Western Family Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Onions
  • ½ c.fFresh basil, thinly sliced
  1. Heat oil in large sauté pan and sauté garlic until light brown.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, toss and heat through.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately.
