Cheesy Broccoli Penne
Serves: 6
  • 14.5 oz Western Family Multigrain Penne Rigate
  • 4 cups Western Family Frozen Broccoli Florets
  • 2 cups Western Family Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 oz Western Family Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Western Family Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Western Family Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Prepare pasta and broccoli according to package instructions.
  2. Heat heavy whipping cream in a medium saucepan on medium-high heat until it starts to simmer.
  3. Stir in cream cheese until melted. Reduce heat to medium and slowly stir in Cheddar and Swiss cheese.
  4. In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets and sauce. Toss and season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in the pasta and serve.
