Lemon Cream Pasta Sauce
 
Ingredients
  • 6 T. Western Family Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 c. Western Family Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 c. Western Family Beef Broth
  • 8 T. Western Family Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. In a large sauce pan, sauté garlic in butter until golden brown.
  2. Add whipping cream and broth; simmer over medium heat until reduced by half.
  3. Add lemon juice. Serve over pasta or seafood.
