- ⅓ c. Western Family Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 T. Western Family Sugar
- 1 T. shallots, chopped
- 1 T. garlic, chopped
- 2 T. Western Family Dijon Mustard
- 1 t. Western Family Salt
- ½ t. Western Family Black Pepper
- ¾ c. Western Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and purée.
- Use immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Whisk well before using.
