Nancy's Bacon & Olive Pasta
Serves: 4
  • 1 lb Western Family Bacon, chopped
  • 1 (7oz) jar Western Family Stuffed Green Olives
  • 1 (14.5oz) can Western Family Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with Garlic, drained
  • 1 (12oz) pkg Western Family Linguine, prepared according to package instructions
  • ¼ cup Western Family Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  1. In a large skillet, cook bacon slices over medium-high heat until crispy. Drain the fat.
  2. Add the olives and tomatoes, stirring occasionally until warm.
  3. Transfer to a large serving bowl and toss with pasta.
  4. Top with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
