- 8 oz. Mixed salad greens
- 1 fresh anjou pear, cored and thinly sliced
- ½ c. Western Family Pecan Halves, Toasted
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced into rings
- Western Family Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
- Place greens in a shallow serving bowl.
- Top with sliced pears, pecans and onions.
- Drizzle with blue cheese salad dressing and serve.
