Harvest Salad
  • 8 oz. Mixed salad greens
  • 1 fresh anjou pear, cored and thinly sliced
  • ½ c. Western Family Pecan Halves, Toasted
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced into rings
  • Western Family Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
  1. Place greens in a shallow serving bowl.
  2. Top with sliced pears, pecans and onions.
  3. Drizzle with blue cheese salad dressing and serve.
