  • 2 T. Western Family Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 T. Western Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 c. Western Family Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained
  • 3 T. Western Family Walnut Pieces, toasted
  • 1 T. cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ c. apple, chopped
  1. Combine in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
