Tangy Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry
  • 2 T. Western Family Olive Oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into ½ inch wide strips
  • 1 t. Western Family Soy Sauce
  • 3 T. Western Family White Vinegar
  • 1 T. Western Family Brown Sugar
  • ½ c. Western Family Condensed Tomato Soup
  • ½ t. ground ginger
  • 16 oz. Western Family Premium Frozen Vegetable Stir Fry
  1. In a large skillet brown the chicken in the olive oil.
  2. Add soup, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and brown sugar. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add vegetables and heat through.
  4. Serve over cooked rice.
