Surf & Turf Thin Spaghetti
Serves: 6
  • 13.25 oz Western Family Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti
  • ¼ cup Western Family Butter, divided
  • 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 lb Western Family Bacon, cut into ½ inch pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook for 4 minutes, or until pink.
  4. Add the garlic to the skillet and continue cooking for 20 seconds; remove from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add bacon to the skillet and cook until crispy. Drain off the fat.
  6. Add the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter, cooked shrimp and garlic to the skillet and heat until butter melts.
  7. Transfer the shrimp mixture into a large bowl, add pasta and toss. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
