Spicy Sausage & Cheesy Rice

Ingredients
- 2 bags Western Family Boil in Bag Rice
- 1 lbs. bulk pork sausage
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) Western Family Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
- 2 T. chili powder
- 2 c. Western Family Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In skillet, cook sausage until browned and crumbly.
- Add onions and cook until tender. Drain off excess fat.
- Stir in tomatoes, chili powder, rice and cheese.
