Shells With Creamy Cheesy Chicken And Mushroom Sauce

  • 16 oz. Western Family Medium Shells
  • 1 T. Western Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1-1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. white mushrooms, stems removed, sliced
  • 3 T. Western Family Garlic, minced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Western Family Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ½ c. Western Family Milk
  • 1 T. Western Family Paprika
  • 1 t. Western Family Black Pepper
  • 1-1/2 c. Western Family Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 4 c. chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • Western Family Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat.
  2. Add onions, mushrooms and garlic to skillet and sauté until golden brown and tender.
  3. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  4. Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, paprika and pepper to onion mixture and heat through.
  5. Stir in cheese and chicken and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour over shells and serve.
