  • 1-1/2 c. Western Family Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 T. Western Family Vegetable Oil
  • 1-1/2 c. Western Family Cream of Chicken Soup
  • ½ c. Western Family Milk
  • 1 large sweet onion, sliced
  • 6 boneless pork chops
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Saute onion in oil until tender.
  3. Brown pork chops in onions on both sides.
  4. In large baking dish mix soups and milk together.
  5. Add onions and pork chops to soup mixture.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.
