Primavera on Thin Spaghetti

Primavera on Thin Spaghetti
Serves: 6
  • 14.5 oz. Western Family Multigrain Thin Spaghetti
  • ½ cup Western Family Frozen Peas
  • 2 Tbsp. Western Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1½ cups red bell pepper, cut into ¼ inch strips
  • 4 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 2½ cups Western Family Half & Half
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Prepare peas and pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and sauté until tender.
  3. Add garlic to skillet, cook for 20 seconds. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add half & half to skillet and simmer for 7 minutes or until slightly thick.
  5. Add the pepper mixture and peas.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the sauce and spaghetti, toss and serve.
