Primavera on Thin Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 14.5 oz. Western Family Multigrain Thin Spaghetti
- ½ cup Western Family Frozen Peas
- 2 Tbsp. Western Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1½ cups red bell pepper, cut into ¼ inch strips
- 4 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 2½ cups Western Family Half & Half
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare peas and pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and sauté until tender.
- Add garlic to skillet, cook for 20 seconds. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add half & half to skillet and simmer for 7 minutes or until slightly thick.
- Add the pepper mixture and peas.
- In a large bowl, combine the sauce and spaghetti, toss and serve.
