One Pot Spaghetti

One Pot Spaghetti
Serves: 4
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. Western Family Long Spaghetti, uncooked (1/2 package)
  • 1 (26 oz.) jar Western Family Pasta Sauce
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 (4 oz.) can Western Family Sliced Mushrooms, undrained
  • Fresh grated parmesan cheese
  1. Brown ground beef in a large, deep pot. Add onions and cook until tender. Drain off excess fat.
  2. Break spaghetti into thirds. Add spaghetti, sauce, water and mushrooms to pot. Bring to a boil, stirring to separate the spaghetti. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
