Northwest Style Linguine
Serves: 6
  • 1 can (14.75 oz.) Western Family Red Salmon
  • 4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ lb. Western Family Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 can Western Family Diced Tomatoes with Italian Seasonings
  • 2 T. Western Family Capers, drained
  • 1 lb. Western Family Linguine, freshly cooked
  1. Remove bones and skin from salmon, break into large chunks and set aside.
  2. Saute garlic and mushrooms in large skillet until tender. Add tomatoes and capers and bring to a boil.
  3. Add salmon and gently toss.
  4. Pour salmon mixture over linguine and serve.
