Light Tomato & Garlic Spaghetti
 
Serves: 6
Ingredients
  • 13.25 oz. Western Family Whole Grain Spaghetti
  • 2 Tbsp. Western Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Tbsp. Western Family Garlic, minced
  • 2 (14.5.oz.) cans Western Family Diced Tomatoes, with juice
  • ½ cup basil, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Western Family Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic for 15 seconds, add tomatoes and juice and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Turn off heat and stir in basil.
  4. In a large bowl, combine tomato sauce with pasta and toss.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
