Kielbasa & Kidney Bean Ragu
Serves: 2
  • ½ lb Kielbasa, sliced in ½ inch pieces
  • 1 (15oz) can Western Family Kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (14.5oz) can Western Family Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Western Family Chicken Broth
  • salt & pepper to taste
  1. Saute the kielbasa in a medium saucepan until golden brown.
  2. Add the beans, tomatoes, cream, and chicken broth over medium heat until boiling.
  3. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
