Delicious and Easy Farfalle

Ingredients
- 12 oz. Western Family Farfalle, cooked and drained
- 2 cans (14.5 oz.) Western Family Italian Stewed Tomatoes, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 lb. Western Family Bacon, cooked until crisp, drained & crumbled
- 3 c. fresh spinach leaves
- 1 c. green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 c. fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 c. fresh grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook farfalle according to package directions.
- In a deep skillet, heat tomatoes and garlic over medium heat until simmering.
- Add bacon, spinach, onions and basil to skillet and simmer until spinach is slightly wilted.
- Add farfalle and toss.
- Add cheese and toss. Serve immediately.
