Creamy Chicken Pasta
Serves: 6
  • 12 oz. Western Family Wide Egg Noodles
  • ⅔ c. Western Family Frozen Green Peas
  • 2 T. Western Family Olive Oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 Western Family Frozen, Boneless Chicken Breasts, thawed and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 (10.75 oz.) can Western Family Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ⅓ c. Western Family Milk
  • ½ c. Western FamilyShredded Cheddar, Pepper Jack or Mozzarella Cheese
  • Western Family Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Cook egg noodles in a large pot according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  2. Cook peas according to package instructions.
  3. Heat oil in sauté pan over medium high, add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add chicken to sauté pan and cook until completely cooked through.
  5. In a large saucepan over medium heat combine mushroom soup and milk. Mix until well blended and warm.
  6. Add the chicken, noodles, peas and cheese to the soup mixture and stir gently.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately.
