Classic Fettuccine Alfredo
Serves: 4-6
  • 16 oz. Western Family Fettuccine
  • ⅓ c. Western Family Butter, room temperature
  • ¾ c. Western Family Whipping Cream, room temperature (divided)
  • ¾ c. Western Family Grated Parmesan Cheese (divided)
  • ½ t. Western Family Salt
  • Western Family Ground Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese as garnish
  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions, drain and return to pot. Immediately add butter and toss.
  2. Add one half of the cream and very gently, toss to coat.
  3. Add one half of the Parmesan cheese and toss to coat.
  4. Add remaining cream, Parmesan cheese and salt and gently toss to coat until fettuccine is coated and creamy.
  5. Arrange on warm platter and garnish with ground pepper and additional Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve immediately.
