  • 1 pkg. Western Family Chicken Gravy Mix
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 2 cans Western Family (14.5 oz) diced potatoes, drained
  • 1 can Western Family (14.5 oz) diced carrots, drained
  • 1 c. Western Family Frozen Peas
  • 1 t. Western Family Ground Pepper
  • 2 pkgs. Western Family 2ct. Thawed 9in Frozen Pie Crusts
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Combine gravy mix and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for one minute.
  3. In a large bowl combine prepared gravy, chicken, potatoes, carrots, peas and ground pepper.
  4. Pour into two 9” pie crusts. Top with second pie crust and crimp edges. Cut vent holes into the top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling. Serve warm
