Ultimate Peanut Butter Pizza

  • ⅓ c. Western Family Margarine or Butter
  • ¾ c. Western Family Milk Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 2-1/2 c. crushed Western Family PB&C Cereal (approximately 6 c.)
  • ½ c. Western Family Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) Western Family Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 T. Western Family Sugar
  • 1 container (12 oz.) Western Family Frozen Whipped Topping, divided
  • 1 jar Hot fudge flavored ice cream topping, divided
  • ¼ to ½ c. Western Family PB&C Cereal, optional
  • ¼ to ½ .c Western Family Peanut Butter, optional
  • Western Family Frozen Whipped Topping
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly spray bottom of a round 12 to 14-inch pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In medium saucepan, combine margarine and baking chips; warm over low heat until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in crushed cereal.
  4. Press cereal mixture firmly over bottom and sides of pan. Bake for 10 minutes; cool.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and well blended. Mix in 2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping with spoon.
  6. Spread filling evenly over crust and chill.
  7. Heat 1 cup of the hot fudge topping in microwave for 45 seconds; spread topping evenly over the chilled peanut butter filling layer. (Due to differences in microwave ovens, heating time may need adjustment.)
  8. Refrigerate or freeze 2 hours.
  9. Just before serving, spread remaining thawed frozen whipped topping over chilled hot fudge layer.
  10. If desired for decorative top, heat additional peanut butter and fudge separately, drizzle over top; or dip cereal pieces into fudge topping and place randomly across top.
  11. Chill and serve.
