Summertime Fruit Trifle

  • 2 (12 oz.) bags Western Family Frozen Sliced Peaches
  • 1 (12 oz.) bag Western Family Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 (12 oz.) bag Western Family Frozen Raspberries
  • ½ c. Western Family Granulated Sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) pound cake, cut into 1" cubes
  • 3 (8 oz.) containers of Western Family Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1-1/2 c. Western Family Strawberry Jam, melted
  1. Combine peaches, strawberries, raspberries, and sugar in a bowl and blend slightly to cover fruit with sugar.
  2. In a large, deep glass bowl place ⅓ of the pound cake cubes; drizzle ½ cup melted strawberry jam over the top of the pound cake.
  3. Cover with ¼ of fruit mixture.
  4. Spread one container of whipped topping over the top of the fruit. Repeat this layering two more times.
  5. Garnish the top of the trifle with remaining frozen fruit.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until one hour prior to serving.
