Ingredients
  • 8 c. Western Family Rice or Corn Squares Cereal, or combination of
  • ⅓ c. Western Family Peanuts
  • ¼ c. Western Family Raisins, optional
  • 1 c. Western Family Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ⅔ c. Western Family Peanut Butter
  • 1-1/2 to 2 c. Western Family Powdered Sugar
Instructions
  1. In large bowl, combine cereals, peanuts andraisins; set aside.
  2. In small microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minutes* or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute.
  4. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal mixture; stir until all pieces are evenly coated.
  5. Pour powdered sugar into large resealable plastic bag; add cereal mixture. Seal securely and shake until all pieces are well coated.
  6. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
  7. Stovetop Directions: In large bowl, combine cereals, peanuts and raisins; set aside.
  8. In small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter until smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat.
  9. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal mixture; stir until all pieces are evenly coated.
  10. Pour powdered sugar into large resealable plastic bag; add cereal mixture. Seal securely and shake until all pieces are well coated.
  11. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
