Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c. Western Family Granulated Sugar
- ¾ c. Western Family Unsalted Butter
- 6 Western Family Eggs
- ½ c. Western Family Milk
- 12 oz. Western Family Vanilla Wafers, ground
- 2 c. Western Family Sweetened, Flaked Coconut
- 1 c. Western Family Pecans, chopped and toasted
- ½ c. Western Family Whipping Cream
- 8 oz. Western Family Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add milk and ground wafer cookies. Mix until combined.
- Fold in coconut and pecans. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until cake tests done with a toothpick.
- Allow cake to cool in the pan 20 minutes prior to flipping cake out of the pan.
- In a heavy saucepan, heat whipping cream until warm but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Once chips are completely melted, spoon glaze over the cake.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
