Inside Out German Chocolate Bundt Cake

  • 1-1/2 c. Western Family Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ c. Western Family Unsalted Butter
  • 6 Western Family Eggs
  • ½ c. Western Family Milk
  • 12 oz. Western Family Vanilla Wafers, ground
  • 2 c. Western Family Sweetened, Flaked Coconut
  • 1 c. Western Family Pecans, chopped and toasted
  • ½ c. Western Family Whipping Cream
  • 8 oz. Western Family Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Add milk and ground wafer cookies. Mix until combined.
  5. Fold in coconut and pecans. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until cake tests done with a toothpick.
  7. Allow cake to cool in the pan 20 minutes prior to flipping cake out of the pan.
  8. In a heavy saucepan, heat whipping cream until warm but not boiling.
  9. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Once chips are completely melted, spoon glaze over the cake.
  10. Serve warm or at room temperature.
