Easy Lattice Top Blueberry Pie
  • 1 box Western Family Refrigerated Pie Crust (2 crusts)
  • 1 c. Western Family Granulated Sugar
  • 6 T. Western Family Cornstarch
  • ¼ t. Western Family Salt
  • ½ t. Western Family Cinnamon
  • 5 c. Western Family Frozen Blueberries
  1. DO NOT THAW the blueberries!
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Unfold and place one of the pie crusts in a 9” deep-dish pie plate. Unfold the remaining crust and form a lattice. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl combine dry ingredients and mix. Add the blueberries and toss so that the blueberries are coated with the sugar mixture.
  5. Spoon all of the blueberry sugar mixture into the pie crust and cover with the lattice. Crimp edges.
  6. Bake 55 minutes at 400°F. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 35-45 minutes or until the filling is thick and bubbly.
  7. Cool completely. Serve within 12 hours.
