Creamy Baked Cheesecake with Cherry Orange Sauce

  • 1-1/4 c. Western Family Graham Crackers, crushed
  • 14 oz. can Western Family Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Western Family Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz. Western Family Sour Cream
  • ¼ c. Western Family Granulated Sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ c. Western Family Lemon Juice
  • ⅓ c. Western Family Butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz.) Western Family Cherry Pie Filling
  • 1-1/2 t. orange zest
  • ¼ c. orange juice concentrate, thawed
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease a 9” springform pan.
  2. Combine the graham crackers, sugar and melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a large bowl mix cream cheese until very fluffy.
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Pour contents into the springform pan and bake 50-55 minutes or until center is set.
  7. Spread sour cream over the top and bake five additional minutes.
  8. Cool and chill for three hours in the refrigerator.
  9. Combine Cherry Pie Filling, Orange Zest, and Orange Juice Concentrate in a bowl. Spoon over slices of cheesecake.
