Cory's Easy Pie Crust
  • 1 c. Western Family All Purpose Flour
  • ⅓ c. + 1 T. Western Family Shortening
  • 1 t. Western Family Salt
  • 2 to 3 T. cold water
  1. Put all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Using a pastry blender, break the shortening into the flour until the shortening is the size of peas. Form into a ball.
  3. Lightly dust a wooden cutting board, and roll the dough out on it to the desired size; bake according to your pie recipe’s instructions.
Makes enough pie crust for one 9” deep dish pie plate.
