Ingredients
  • 2 c. Western Family Whole Wheat Flour
  • ½ t. Western Family Salt
  • 4 t. Western Family Baking Powder
  • ¾ c. Western Family Brown Sugar
  • 1 c. Western Family Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ c. Western Family Vegetable Oil
  • ½ c. Western Family Chopped Walnuts
  • ½ c. Western Family Raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl combine flour, salt, baking powder and brown sugar.
  3. Add milk, eggs, vegetable oil, chopped walnuts and raisins.
  4. Bake in greased muffin holders for 15 minutes. After baking is complete, remove muffin holders from muffin tin and allow to cool.
