Ingredients
  • Topping

  • 1 cup Western Family All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Western Family Brown sugar, packed
  • ½ teaspoon Western Family Salt
  • ½ cup Western Family Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Western Family Vanilla extract
  • Filling

  • 3 cups Western Family Frozen blackberries
  • 2 cups Western Family Frozen sliced peaches
  • ¼ cup Western Family Granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup Western Family All-purpose flour
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Western Family Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 1 teaspoon Western Family Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Prepare a 9 x 13 inch baking dish by coating with butter or non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Make the topping by combining 1 cup flour, brown sugar and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in melted butter and vanilla until well mixed. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine blackberries, peaches, sugar and ¼ cup flour; toss to coat. Pour into prepared baking dish and set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, Greek yogurt and vanilla together with an electric mixer on medium speed. Pour into prepared baking dish over fruit mixture.
  5. Crumble the topping mixture evenly over the yogurt mixture.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes, until topping is golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
