South of the Border Corn Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 can Western Family Mexican Diced Tomatoes in Lime Juice, drained
- ½ c. red onion, diced
- 1 can Western Family Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- ¼ c. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 t. Jalapeno peppers, finely diced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
- Adjust to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with corn chips.
