South of the Border Corn Salsa

South of the Border Corn Salsa
  • 1 can Western Family Mexican Diced Tomatoes in Lime Juice, drained
  • ½ c. red onion, diced
  • 1 can Western Family Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • ¼ c. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 t. Jalapeno peppers, finely diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Adjust to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with corn chips.
