Sharp Dip for Chips
  • 2 small green peppers
  • 1 c. stuffed olives
  • 1 lb. Western Family Sharp Cheese
  • 2 Western Family Eggs hard cooked
  • 2 T. grated onion
  • few drops garlic juice (optional)
  • few grains Western Family Salt
  • dash of Western Family Black Pepper (freshly ground)
  1. Wash green peppers. Remove stem end, pith and seeds.
  2. Put peppers, olives, cheese, hard cooked eggs into food processor.
  3. Add grated onion, garlic juice and seasonings. Mix well.
  4. Let stand in a cool place for a few hours to ripen and mellow the flavor.
