Provencal Style Chicken Tenders
Serves: 6
  • ½ c. Western Family Lemon Juice
  • 3 T. Italian Seasoning
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 T. Western Family Salt
  • 2 t. Western Family Black Pepper
  • ½ c. Western Family Olive Oil
  • 12 Western Family Chicken Tenders, thawed
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine lemon juice, seasoning, garlic, salt, pepper and oil in a large bowl.
  3. Add chicken tenders and toss to coat.
  4. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Arrange chicken tenders on top of broiler pan and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Serve over baby greens or on a bed of wild rice.
