Marinated Chicken Drumettes with Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken drumettes
- ½ c. Western Family Peanut Oil
- 4 T. Western Family Soy Sauce
- 4 T. cilantro, chopped
- 3 T. garlic, minced
- 2 piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 1 T. Western Family Lemon Juice
- 1 t. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 c. sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- In a 9” x 13” glass baking dish combine oil, soy sauce, cilantro, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Add chicken and toss to coat well with marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Transfer chicken onto baking sheet and bake until cooked through and deep golden brown, about 30 minutes.
- Pour sweet chili sauce into serving bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat in sauce. Serve immediately.
