  • 2 t. Western Family Unsalted Butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Western Family Petite Diced Canned Tomatoes
  • ¼ c. dry white wine
  • 1-1/2 t. Western Family Corn Starch
  • 3 c. Western Family Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
  1. Melt butter in a large heavy saucepan. Add garlic and tomatoes and sauté until slightly moist.
  2. In a small bowl, combine wine and corn starch. Stir until smooth and add to tomatoes. Simmer for one minute.
  3. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Serve in warmed fondue pot with cubes of bread or vegetables.
