Baked Brie with Apricot & Almonds

Ingredients
- 30 Western Family Original Snack Crackers
- 8 oz. Brie cheese, rind removed
- ⅓ c. Western Family Apricot Preserves
- ¼ c. Western Family Sliced Almonds
Instructions
- Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of brie cheese onto each cracker.
- Place 1?2 teaspoon apricot preserves in center of cheese and top with a few almond slices.
- Place crackers onto a baking sheet.
- Place baking sheet in oven 8” away from element.
- Broil until almonds are toasted and cheese is starting to bubble. Serve warm or at room temperature.
