Baked Brie with Apricot & Almonds

  • 30 Western Family Original Snack Crackers
  • 8 oz. Brie cheese, rind removed
  • ⅓ c. Western Family Apricot Preserves
  • ¼ c. Western Family Sliced Almonds
  1. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of brie cheese onto each cracker.
  2. Place 1?2 teaspoon apricot preserves in center of cheese and top with a few almond slices.
  3. Place crackers onto a baking sheet.
  4. Place baking sheet in oven 8” away from element.
  5. Broil until almonds are toasted and cheese is starting to bubble. Serve warm or at room temperature.
