Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts
- 1 c. Western Family Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 c. Western Family Mayonnaise
- 1 t. Western Family Garlic Salt
- 2 c. (8 oz.) Shredded Western Family Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces and place in casserole baking dish.
- Add grated parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise and garlic salt; mix.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Use your choice of tortilla chips for dipping.
