Artichoke Dip

Artichoke Dip
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. Western Family Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 c. Western Family Mayonnaise
  • 1 t. Western Family Garlic Salt
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) Shredded Western Family Mozzarella Cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces and place in casserole baking dish.
  3. Add grated parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise and garlic salt; mix.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Use your choice of tortilla chips for dipping.
