Ingredients
- ½ c. Western Family Brown Sugar
- ½ c. Western Family Granulated Sugar
- ¼ c. Western Family Vegetable Shortening
- ¼ c. Western Family Butter
- 1 egg
- 1 t. Western Family Vanilla Extract
- 1 T. Western Family 1% Milk
- 1 c. Western Family All-Purpose Flour
- ½ t. Western Family Baking Powder
- ½ t. Western Family Baking Soda
- ½ t. Western Family Salt
- 1 c. Western Family Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 c. Western Family Pecan Halves and Pieces
- 1 c. White chocolate chips
- 1 c. Western Family Dried Apricots, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a glass 9” x 13” baking pan.
- Cream together brown sugar, granulated sugar, shortening and butter. Add egg, vanilla extract and milk and blend well.
- Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt to butter mixture and mix well. Stir in oatmeal, pecans, white chocolate chips and dried apricots.
- Spread cookie dough evenly in the baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Cool and cut into squares.
