Chicken or Beef Fajitas

  • @@brand@@ Fajita Seasoning Mix
  • 2 T. @@brand@@ Vegetable Oil
  • onion
  • green bell pepper
  • meat of choice
  • tortillas
  • @@brand@@ Salsa
  • @@brand@@ Sour Cream
  • Guacamole
  1. In large skillet, heat 1 T. Vegetable Oil; saute 1 onion (chopped) and 1 green bell pepper (cut into thin strips), until tender. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, heat 1 T. oil; sear 1 lb. thinly sliced round, sirloin, OR flank steak OR brown 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken cut into strips. (1 lb. ground beef may be substituted for steak or chicken.)
  3. Add @@brand@@® Fajita Seasoning Mix and ¼ cup water; blend well. Bring to a boil.; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Return vegetables to skillet to heat; add 1 tomato cut into thin wedges.
  5. Use fresh, warm flour tortillas (8-10). Place ½ cup filling on each tortilla. Serve with fresh salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
