Choco Banana Muffins
- 2 c. @@brand@@ Cocoa Crunch Cereal, crushed to 1-1/4 c.
- 2 c. @@brand@@ All-Purpose Flour
- 1 t. @@brand@@ Baking Soda
- 1 c. Packed @@brand@@ Brown Sugar
- ½ c. (1 stick) @@brand@@ Margarine or Butter, softened
- 2 @@brand@@ Eggs
- 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 c. (8 oz.) @@brand@@ Dairy Sour Cream
- ¾ c. @@brand@@ Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or paper line 20 (2-1/2 inch) muffin cups.
- Combine cereal, flour and baking soda in large bowl; set aside.
- Beat sugar and margarine in separate large bowl; stir in eggs.
- Add bananas and sour cream; mix thoroughly.
- Add banana mixture and chocolate pieces all at once to reserved cereal mixture, stirring just until moistened.
- Divide evenly among prepared muffin cups.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack; store loosely covered.
