Blueberry Studded Bundt Cake

- 1 t. @@brand@@ Baking Powder
- 1 t. @@brand@@ Salt
- 1-2/3 c. @@brand@@ Sugar
- ¾ c. @@brand@@ Unsalted Butter
- 3 @@brand@@ Eggs
- 2 t. lemon zest
- 2 t. @@brand@@ Vanilla Extract
- ¾ c. buttermilk
- 2-1/2 c. @@brand@@ Frozen Blueberries
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously grease and flour a 12 cup bundt pan.
- In medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, set aside.
- Using a mixer, beat sugar and butter until fluffy.
- Add eggs and beat until combined. Add lemon zest and vanilla.
- Alternately add flour mixture and buttermilk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
- Fold in the blueberries.
- Pour batter into bundt pan and bake until tester inserted in cake comes out clean, 60-70 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes and turn cake out and cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
